The interior of the old existing house has been completely removed
All interior walls as well as the exterior walls facing the courtyard and on the roof have been newly plastered with lime
Interior ceilings have a basic plaster
New sewage pipes are installed, connecting the bathroom, kitchen and an outdoor space (e.g. washing machine) with the municipal system
Rainwater drains (courtyard and roof) and pipes are pre-installed
The flat roof has a new 10cm (2×5) polystyrene insulation and double roofing felt layers
The house has contracted electricity and mains water
